Directed by Kabir Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is a heartwarming drama which completes eight years of its release today. The movie stars Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Harshaali Malhotra and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles.

The plot of the movie centres around Munni, a young Pakistani girl who is mute. During a visit to India, she gets separated from her mother. Munni meets Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi, also known as Bajrangi Bhaijaan, who is a devotee of Lord Hanuman. Bajrangi takes it upon himself to reunite Munni with her family in Pakistan and sets out on a challenging journey to achieve this goal.

The movie is renowned for its beautiful depiction of the bond that develops between Bajrangi and Munni, as they encounter several challenges during their journey. These challenges include cultural differences and political tensions between India and Pakistan.
